Advisory sessions and engagements

Paid sessions are advisory conversations. An advisory session is a focused conversation and does not include document review, written deliverables, or follow-up support unless explicitly stated in writing before the session.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, including any career, employment, or business decision discussed. No outcome (a role, an offer, a promotion, a hire, or revenue) is promised or guaranteed.

Booking, payment, and rescheduling

Paid advisory sessions reserve time specifically for you. This policy applies to Ask Sammie and Career Decision Intensive bookings. You may reschedule a booking once with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable and may be treated as completed sessions.

Career Story product purchases are not covered by this policy and are governed by the terms presented at purchase.

Third-party sites and tools

This website links to other Sammie Cooper products and services as well as services operated by third parties. Career Decision Self-Check and Career Story may have additional terms, privacy disclosures, pricing, eligibility, and availability that apply specifically to those services. Third-party providers such as Calendly, Stripe, and LinkedIn operate under their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The text, frameworks, and materials on this site and in engagements are owned by Sammie Cooper Advisory LLC and are provided for your own use. They may not be resold, republished, or delivered as training or coaching material to others without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this site or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
